The role
We are searching for someone who can manage key donor and account relationships and develop high quality written tenders, grants, and funding proposals to enable Red Cross to deliver positive outcomes for the most vulnerable members of our communities. Identifying opportunities for funding in NSW and ACT, leading the proposal development and coordinating fundraising applications will all be key focus areas.
About you
You have experience generating revenue in the not-for-profit sector through grant, proposal and tender writing - ideally in roles with a focus on funding from government, trusts and/or foundations. You communicate persuasively and have had demonstrated success achieving financial targets. You are skilled in managing relationships with internal stakeholders as well as donors in the government and philanthropic sectors, and have a passion for humanitarian causes.
