As part of the Australian Red Cross International Program, Australian Red Cross partners with other Red Cross and Red Crescent National Societies to improve the lives of vulnerable communities.

The role

Responsible for facilitating and guiding the enhancement of Partner organisations capacity to deliver programs, and their work and organisational systems from which programs are delivered. The role will advise, coach and mentor Australian Red Cross and Partner representatives with regard to designing, resourcing, monitoring and evaluating organisational change processes, work and organisational systems; identify opportunities, ways of working and promote innovative methods that contribute towards sustainable civil society organisations.

About you

You have substantial operational leadership experience and understanding of organisational change principles and partnership approaches. Your application will demonstrate your ability to develop and implement organisational change and institutional strengthening processes in international context particularly in areas of strategy development, organisational structure, financial sustainability; human resource and IT management.
