About the role
Provide thought leadership to Australian Red Cross International Programs in key areas of program effectiveness technical standards, value for money and staying abreast and ahead of relevant trends. Reporting to the Director, International Programs, the Manager, International Technical Services will facilitate the development and dissemination of long-term plans defining core objectives across thematic areas and ensure the International Program Team has access to and receives appropriate high level advisory inputs to meet agreed standards.
About You
You are experienced in leading small to medium change management projects and in the provision of technical advisory services across the program management cycle. You have successfully led multi-sectoral teams of subject matter experts to achieve high quality outcomes and your application will demonstrate your experience in administering and implementing relevant program quality systems such as DFAT due diligence requirements.
